"I've had my washer/dryer serviced prior, but never as in depth of a job as Grant performed. He partially disassembled both units— and cleaned/serviced them thoroughly. Lastly, he provided tips on how to maintain the washer/dryer monthly. You made the previous workers look like a joke lol. Thanks again!"

"Kevin from Prime Star arrived within the 2 hour window of 11am - 1pm. He was very courteous. He first vacuumed the water from the washer / dryer which had not drained out. Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. The washer / dryer is operating as though it's new."

"The worker arrived on time, clearly knew what to do. Had the necessary parts, and within an hour had our dryer up and running properly again."

"I have an old dryer that stopped spinning so I called Fix Time and I was lucky to have them come out the same day. Denis worked on it and gave it a good cleaning while he had it open and proceeded to fix it. The service was friendly and very professional. I am definitely bookmarking Fix Time in case I need any other appliance repairs in the future. I highly recommend Fix Time for your appliance repair needs, great professional service, and very reasonable pricing"

"Thank you very much for quick repair!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Will unhesitatingly work with AML Appliance again. Terrific communication leading up to the appointment both in working with my schedule as well as confirming the day before. I had a 3pm-6pm window. Maria called to tell me the technician could be there by 2:30pm. Bob showed precisely on time. He immediately assessed the problem with the dryer and was able to fix it in scant moments. I asked him to not put the bottom panel right away so I could vacuum in there. He insisted on getting in there with vacuum himself which he surely did. not need to do. Top notch work and attitude on all fronts. And all done before the start of the original appointment window."

"Unfortunately my washer was beyond repair. However, Chris was in good humor and able to recommend a new brand that he rarely has to fix. I bought the washer the same day."

"Serviceman arrived on time. After careful inspection it was decided that the washer was functioning properly. No repair required."
