"I purchased 2 hours of electrical labor for $149. With 2 projects, I thought this would be a great deal. When I scheduled they said they were sending 2 electricians for one hour instead of 1 electrician for two hours. I figured this was fine, one could work each job. Instead they sent an electrician and his apprentice. The electrician worked on the outlet and his apprentice ran his errands getting tools and standing and watching him work. Needless to say the ceiling fan did not get done. They were done in 45 minutes and then were going to charge me an additional $45 for parts. When I complained he said he would credit me the 15 minutes left and therefore would call it even. Overall $149 for an outlet install was a decent deal. On a side note, the apprentice had dried mud all over his shoes which he tracked into my house. When I pointed it out he was apologetic. Also, the outlet was installed a little too close to the pillar of our pergola. The outlet cover scrapes the pillar every time it's opened and closed. Last year I purchase 8 hours of electrical labor from Front Range Electric and they sent 2 electricians for 4 hours and those men completed 8 different projects, and even made a trip to Lowes for parts."

"First Class Stucco exhibited excellent communication. They were reliable with attendance and with project execution. They showed great attention to detail and were meticulous with getting my fairly complex stucco job done just the way I wanted. These guys are a very friendly crew and are reasonably priced. I was very nervous to hire this out but my house looks just beautiful now and I'm completely satisfied."

"Ron and his team did a fabulous job for us. We are very thrilled with the job, the expertise, the cleanliness and the professionalism with which this task was handled. Ron personally supervised and executed the task and took the time to explain things in detail both before starting as well as on completion of the job. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who needs tree trimming and pruning services."

FAQs for addition to existing structure building service projects in Simla, CO

While your game room design is entirely up to you, people tend to include a few common elements in their game rooms. These may include pool tables, TVs, comfy couches, gaming consoles, and extras like home bars, arcade games, and sound systems with multiple speakers. Unique lighting and themed decor add to the gaming atmosphere.

If you want your game room to include both video games and movies, the cost of a home theater runs between $1,000 and $10,000. This cost estimate includes wiring, cable concealment, and other components like surround sound speakers, video screens, or video projectors. Higher-end equipment can cost considerably more. Budget for comfortable seating and tables for snacks to complete the home theater experience.

Chances are your game room could get a little rowdy at times, so you may want to invest in soundproofing the room for the sake of your family and housemates. The cost to soundproof a room ranges between $1,000 and $2,600, depending on the room size. “In certain circumstances, you might need to consult a sound engineer for optimum results,” says Ezra Laniado, owner of Landmark Construction & Development Group, Inc. in Los Angeles.

Along with converting a finished room or unfinished basement into a game room, another popular option is turning a shed into a gaming room. Some key considerations here are similar to converting a garage into a game room. The walls may need finishing, as well as factors like insulation, electrical components, lighting, and HVAC. You will need a fairly sizable shed for activities like billiards or table tennis.
