Alex did a perfect job installing a brand-new, high-tech Chamberlain motor to this second door and fixed the broken panel perfectly to match the other panels and the other door. The main door has a very old motor and used to be super loud when it was being opened or closed. Now, it is maybe 30% as loud as it used to be--a significant reduction. Alex also hit an unfortunate road-block when we realized we had bad-wiring in the house. He spent many extra, unanticipated hours working in the heat of the Texas summer to resolve the issue. "Larry Posten arrived and determined the issue was with the flashing around the chimney. Twice he came immediately when contacted and climbed on the wet roof to seal the leak. He would have been back a third time except he was in a mandatory evacuation area. Even during the time he was evacuated he was in contact and sent a crew the day after the storm passed to permanently repair the flashing issue."

"I needed to install a doggy door and also repair the fence so that my dog doesn't escape, Troy came in and gave me an excellent idea about the doggy door, so he would make a wooden frame to install in my window to fit the doggy door instead of breaking a hole on the wall! It's such a great idea and I was very happy. He then came in later in the week with one of his guys and within a few hours the job was done with great efficiency and professionalism. He installed a doggy door on my floor window, even made a couple of stairs to fit; the backyard was repaired and very secure.
