"Jimmy is a straight shooter and takes pride in his work. He is very honest and takes the time to do the job right. I was impressed with his crew as well. My back yard was a head scratcher of a problem to deal with. There was limited ways to get storm water drained out. Jimmy came up with a system that had 2 ways to get water out. One via gravity, and the other via a powered sump pump system. In addition my entire backyard has hand laid pavers so the crew had to remove and re-set all the pavers properly. All in all I am very happy and will be recommending Jimmy to my friends and family."

"Took advantage of a an $89 special on the labor/service call advertised on their web site.  Maybe I'm out of touch, but thought parts cost a little high.  The tech performed the repair neatly and efficiently.  Since he was there and I have bad knees, I asked what he would charge me to replace the water filter on the refrigerator (which I had on hand).  I don't remember exactly what he quoted me, but it was $50 or more.  I thought that was too much for a 5-10 minute job.
