"About as painlessly as physically possible. From the first conversation we had with Mike and Natalie at the HI expo in Louisville to the final walk through with the installers, it was a pleasure. Mike even came out to the house after my GF and I had got home from work (a massive pain-saver) and we worked through the different replacements we could get. Three days later their crew came out and installed the unit. The service techs were extremely nice, and answered all of my questions without an issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else."

"The first guy came, but did not have the parts he needed, even though I specified in my email what types of plumbing I had.  We had to reschedule for another day.  The second guy came and was very professional and knowledgeable.  He installed the system fairly quickly and explained how to operate the system.  He also showed me where my furnace was installed incorrectly.  I had the original furnace installer come out and fix the problem, that was pointed out to me by this company.  Very good customer service.  I have not used the humidifier yet, but I am happy so far. <br />"

"We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house. They came back out twice after that and told us we needed to put a new breaker box in the house. We ended up calling carrier and ask for a different company to deal with. Jarboe&#39;s came out and was in the house about 20 minutes and told us the unit was fine and he had fixed the problem. Our air has been working fine ever since. The hot weeks we had this summer would have been miserable for us if not for them. I&#39;m so happy we were turned on to Jarboes, I would recommend them to anyone."
