"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

From three bids with analyses of my roofing replacement to be done, Brian was the sole contractor that noted a potential problem as a result of a covered deck patio near a chimney overlying the original roof. He examined it closer and came up with a successful solution for water diversion. He educated me in the process, was always prompt, and always cleaned up after each day. Staff were personable and also attentive to detail. Brian was also accommodating about including my garden shed, though I may not have remembered to include that in my request for a bid, though it was included in the other contractors' bids. I have gotten a number of complements from neighbors since then and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
