"Everyone we were in contact with in the company was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We contacted Seal Wize of OK for a estimate to stain our porch, patio and walkway. Also to seal our driveway and pool deck. Jeremy promptly came out to measure and discuss options. We decided to have a textured two color overlay done to blend a 33 year old porch and walkway with a 3 year old patio in front. The work was scheduled within a month which surprised us due to fact it's December. The project took 3 days. Day one was clean and prep the porch, patio, walkway and driveway. The pool deck has been put on hold until Spring when we take the pool cover off. Day 2 was the overlay texture application and day 3 was the stain and seal. The results are amazing. They worked with us to make sure it was just what we wanted. <br />"

"Started 11/06/18; finished 11/19/18. Had to fight early onset of winter weather to get it done. Two man crew was great at working with us under these conditions. Occasionally, communication could have been better in letting us know when they were or were not going to be here; example: Saturday 11/17. "It took me about 5-10 minutes talking to Joe to settle on American Central for our hail damage work. He was far more knowledgeable and professional than the other roofers who quoted the job, (one of which never even got on the roof to measure or inspect, but "guaranteed' he'd get insurance to cover the roof, a new fence, new patio furniture, & the kid's playhouse!). For starters, Joe was recommended by another gutter company, which was quoting the gutters separately. When your competition recommends you, that speaks volumes! Joe ended up getting both the roof & gutters included on the insurance claim & agreed to my request to use the gutter company that had quoted it, instead of his own crew.....even stayed late at the office to help us pick shingle & gutter colors one evening. He oversaw another separate contractor that he had fabricate some custom flashing to accommodate the pergola over the back patio. And, the majority of the roof was completed in 1 day. Just some minor finishing & cleanup on Day 2. And, when the insurance balked on some of his Supplement estimates, Joe was professional but forceful in defending his numbers & had the measurements & data to back up his claims. As a result, both of his Supplemental claims over the initial Settlement amount were covered by insurance. In hindsight, I wish I'd used American Central for the gutter installation as well, since they had to come back TWICE to fix mistakes & leaks. Since American Central was the POC for the overall insurance claim, he stayed on the gutter contractor, until everything was fixed properly, even though it wasn't his crew. We've had a lot of work done on our house the last couple yrs (stack-block retaining wall, concrete patio, pergola, pool deck, exterior paint) before this roof project, & I'd lost faith in Contractors in general, after all the problems we had with each one on every job. Joe & American Central single-handedly convinced me that good, competent Contractors still exist. I've recommended him twice already!"

"Although the project took longer than was anticipated by myself or the contractor (weather and hardware delays mainly), we could not be more pleased with the end result.  This deck was over six months in the planning and I was very particular in my selection of a contractor and interviewed the top decking professionals in the area.  The owner/contractor Rick and his helpers were very conscientious and professional in all our dealings and the project was completed for the original quoted price.  I cannot emphasize enough Rick's attention to detail which was invaluable in a project as detailed as this one.  We also used a hidden fastener system which added another degree of difficulty to the overall project, but contributes significantly to the overall aesthetic of the finished project.  I would not hesitate to recommend Sawdust for any decking project.  Pictures attached.  <br />"
