For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. "Floors looked great but company should have said to stay off the floors for a minimum of 24 hours following conclusion of process. Even though we wore only slippers/socks on the floors many marks were evident. Furniture moved in after 20 hours all had felt on bottom but still left marks in the newly finished floor. The owner of the company came to check the work with marks and redid the family room and kitchen. This time we waited 30+ hours before moving furniture back. Impressed that the owner and his team worked to remedy our situation."
