"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Matt went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed to his standard which honestly was much higher than my own. Matt built our house cutting no corners and that was important to us at the time and after being in the house for several months, reminds us why we chose Wheelhouse over others. We bought an old home in an established neighborhood that needed expanding and updating. Wheelhouse literally took the roof off our house to add a second story and fully renovated our existing kitchen, living room, and other bedrooms. The old house received a facelift inside and out which substantially increased our curb appeal as well as market value of our home. Every one of the team members felt like family by the end of the project but just like family, weâ re happy to see them go too! They completed our work in a timely manner and in a way to not be intrusive to my familyâ s needs at the time. In the future, we would not hesitate to work with Wheelhouse again for other renovation or new construction needs."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

I am renovating a home in Simpsonville that will be a rental property and I had some concerns about space planning in the main living area and kitchen and felt like I should hire a professional before I pulled the trigger on my cabinet purchase. I also wanted help with selecting finishes for the remainder of the house. Kayla came to the home under renovation and we went over my Pinterest boards and concerns about the space. She helped me make the initial decisions and has been on "retainer" ever since. I have already met her at another one of my properties already that needs a "refresh" and plan to use her at a third property later in the year. Kayla is responsive and professional.
