"Very professional and diligent. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the pipe. Now, my dryer is running better than when it was new. While they were in my home, I mentioned I was having a problem with my stove hood fan rattling which was not a part of the original deal with the dryer vent cleaning. They spent a lengthy period of time removing some of the kitchen cabinetry to get to the fan itself which had originally been installed incorrectly when the kitchen was remodeled by another contractor. They persevered, even though it was time-consuming, and now my stove over-hood fan works beautifully. I could not be happier! I live in a small, gated community. The homeowners are always seeking professionals to do various tasks. We stay in touch with each other as to who is a good hire and who not to hire. I will certainly recommend Exterior Metals as a company with a good work ethic. I am hoping to have them back in the near future to clean my home's air ducts. After that service is completed, I will write another review.

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. Satisfied with new solar system and looking forward to enjoying savings on electric bills.

"I contacted M & M Roofing, left a message and received a call back within a few minutes.  Danny Morrison came out and gave an estimate for work I requested.  His worker agreed to and met my insurance adjuster on site and pointed out and agreed on work needed.  Insurance check was sent, work scheduled and performed above my satisfaction.  With the discount that M & M provided, plus the insurance check,  there was absolutely no cost to me.  
Danny Morrison and Jeff Munns were both always willing and happy to answer any questions I might have.  I had a bad experience with a competitor and these two professionals righted all the wrongs I had experienced.  Their employees were prompt, hard workers, and cleaned up well.  Jeff Munns went to great lengths to find a replacement for my skylight lenses and I'm very happy with them. All in all, I have a beautiful roof and I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
