Professionally handled from the salesman coming to our home for an estimate to the installation. We had a new acrylic shower surround and tub installed which we bought from Joyce. They also did an incredible job with the installation of new flooring, new toilet, new vanity and medicine cabinet. I would highly recommend them for your bath remodel. "I don't know how to answer this question except to say everything went very smoothly and was completed according to my wishes.  The men who did the work were very accommodating and personable, as was the owner of the company.  They explained it all to me as it went along and answered every question I had to my satisfaction.  I liked the idea that all of the old cabinets were donated to Habitat  for Humanity to be reused for someone who needed them.
I love my new island with all the cabinetry  it holds.  My only regret is that I picked out a laminate countertop instead of granite to save money.  I am thinking I will call Steve and ask him to replace the countertops with granite that I should have chosen in the first place.  "
