I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. "installed two bathroom faucets, which I supplied. While he was very nice and installed, he also offered to return should there be a problem.  We had a leak with the faucets and called him.  He finally did come but was somewhat annoyed at coming back."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
