"Bob, the owner of the company came to look at a potential foundation leak in the house. Upon further investigation, by meticulously drafting prints of the house and running tests, he determined that my problem was not a foundation issue at all, it was a plumbing issue. His ability to diagnose a problem, explain the solution, and overall professionalism in unparalleled. If you have a water problem and need an expert who will not rip you off, please give Bob a call, he is truly fantastic. I had one other company tell me that it was a foundation problem, and they wanted to fix a problem that did not exist and charge me almost 10k to fix it. A-1 will not up-sell you or rip you off."

"Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"Luis and his helper did a wonderful job putting together and installing both vanity and over toilet storage cabinet. They did a great job repairing ceiling and painting it. They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"

"There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Glen was awesome and came later in the day because I was a bit panicked about getting water in my basement after the sump pump died. Traveled a long way and I am grateful. Very professional and helpful! Would definitely recommend to friends!"
