"They did a great job and were very responsive. Looks great! Will hire them for the next project."

"Matt, Eric and team were great! they were here when they said they'd be here. Matt checked in almost every day even if he wasn't personally on the build that day. They had a "customer is always right" mentality and didn't penny pinch on change orders. Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"

"Rick and team put in an addition over our great room adding significant room to our home. The team was very respectful, tidy and responsive and the room looks great. During a year of Covid it wasn't easy having workers in a home with at home learning going on but they pulled it off nicely and with a minimum of disturbance. Looking forward to enjoying the space."

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking."

"Harvey was very kind and explained the process so that it was easy to understand. Repaired gutter leaks and installed filters."

"Angel and his team did an amazing job repairing and replacing our deck. They were professional, on time, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The deck looks beautiful, feels solid, and was completed exactly as promised. I highly recommend The AI Construction to anyone looking for quality workmanship!"

"Neill and his team is fantastic. I had a project that I was working on that had some bad work done to it on the electrical with problems all over the place.
