"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"Well, I had have my home completely remodeled. Shane and Tyler repaired and replaced all plumbing where needed which entailed going under the house. They also installed all vanities for bathrooms taking care to make sure there were no openings under the cabinets for mice to squeeze in. Shane and Tyler installed all faucets and drains for kitchen and bathroom sinks and Showers as well as Shower heads. They are Professional, honest and conscientious about the work they do. I will use them again."

My only complaint about their service was that they charged 3 times what other plumbers had charged me for this same service and I didn't find out it was going to be so high until he was there. "Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. "This company was amazing. Mike showed up well within the time frame they had promised to diagnose and start repairs. I had one toilet where the water wouldn't stop running, the other where the tank wouldn't fill and a shower faucet that wouldn't stop dripping. I actually only called them to fix the toilet that wouldn't fill up, but when I asked about the other items Mike said he could absolutely do them.
The whole experience was enjoyable. Mike was very pleasant, professional and informative and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and also checked to make sure I wanted to proceed with repairs before just doing them (not all contractors will do that). He was very efficient and had everything done in about an hour or so. I was expecting the price to be a lot more than it was, so whenI saw the bill I was pleasantly surprised.
I have made it a goal to build up a list of trusted, reliable and honest contractors, and I have just found my future contractor for all plumbing needs. I will absolutely recommend The Plumbing Therapist (especially Mike) to all my friends. A+ experience for sure.
