"Took a bit to get a date scheduled because they are so busy, but it was worth it. Accurate estimate, completed on time and did some additional work adding wire wraps because they saw old ones would begin breaking, at no additional cost. Would hire again."

He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. "He is thorough, and very detail conscience.  His work and pricing is straight forward.  He separates the cost of Labor vs Parts and Supply.  This means you can see there are no hidden markups in the total estimate.  This is the most tricky part of most estimates, and why Hammer Handyman sometimes 'seems' more expensive.  I have been low-balled by many contractors, and then suddenly towards the end of the project there is some cost over-runs that were never estimated or Parts and Supply from companies I have never heard of that all of a sudden I need to install or the project will not finish.  I never feel that I am being fleeced with Don."
