"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"

His quality of work seems excellent - he quickly replaced the 3 moldy, grimy 80s faucets with the new ones I bought from Home Depot.
After turning back on the water he checked each faucet 3 times to make sure there were no leaks (there were not).
I've already asked him to come back in a week or so to install a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher.
