"We were really apprehensive as weâ ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past, but we called anyways because we had some shingles fly off in a rainstorm. The company sent a rep named Elijah out. He recommended we go through insurance because he said it was insurable damage. The insurance awarded us about 6k, but Elijah said he might be able to get us more if we allowed him to try so we agreed. He sent them various emails highlighting areas that they had missed, and to our surprise, the insurance increased their payout to about 18k! We couldnâ t have been more pleased! "I had a FANTASTIC experience with LCT! It started with a prompt response from them, setting up an appointment the next day after a tree fell on my house. James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "Clement and his team painted my living room, bathroom and kitchen. They were consummate professionals who took pride in their work. Clement went above and beyond by fixing small repairs and making suggestions. They removed furniture and wall hanging and put them back after the paint had dried. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again."

"I signed a work agreement and provided a down payment of more than half of the total bill on 5/26 to have a deck created around a pool. There was a lack of communication on their end from the start. I had to reach out every time to see what was going on with my project. They said they could start on 6/9 and did not. Then they said they could start the week of 7/14/25. I again had to reach out because there was no communication and he said they have good and bad news. He said the good news is they have all the materials in for the job, but the bad news is that their supplier sent the wrong decking color. They said the new decking would come in 3-4 weeks. After 3-weeks I reached out again and then I then got a call from David the Owner of Eagle Exteriors. David said they could not do the job anymore and would need to refund my deposit. He then said that he did not have the money to cover the returned deposit and would need 60-90 days to get back my deposit. I'm still waiting."
