"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. All my concerns were addressed and they all worked hard to make it right. I would have no problem recommending Fence Pros Direct to family and friends and I would use them again."

Steve took the time to talk through the project and answer all our question before giving us a fair quote. He also checked in on the first day of construction. The crew showed up on the day we agreed and finished the job the next day (1 full day total). Fence looks great--no wavy top line despite uneven ground--and exactly as I pictured. They took all the old broken fence, post etc and left my backyard neat as a pin. We have a small dog that we didn't want to get out through irregularities btwn the vinyl siding and the foundation and Hern was very solicitous and came up with good, solid, aesthetic solutions. "It went well. The rep from the fence company, Ernie, was pleasant, knowlegeable, and seemed trustworthy. The bid was priced under another provider's and a stronger, reinforced gate alternative was quoted as well. We went for the reinforced gate option. We had to wait a while for the installation, but we were told that ahead of time. Because this was a small project, it would be something they would do on an afternoon that another job would finish early, and that was fair to us, though it went on a week or two longer than first anticipated, but we weren't worried, we were just anxious to have our missing gate replaced. The two installers were pleasant as well, and they put the gate together well. Multiple owners of a condo association had to approve the work, and they all did."

He responded to our phone call quickly and made an immediate appointment to assess the needed repair, as we were under a time constraint. He not only gave us an estimate that we were happy with, he also made the repairs with no disruption and no damage to the inside of our house. We were advised by every other contractor we contacted that this could possibly happen. He was very professional and friendly and had the work completed in a far shorter time period than we expected. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. Once our town inspector approved the repair, Noah finished closing in the wall so neatly, that you would be hard pressed to find evidence that he was there.
