There was an area of concern and the roofers came out early on July 18. The project was completed in 1 day. (As a side note a neighbor had her roofing done and it took 4 days). The company has a concierge who was our point person. She was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a project manager who took pictures during the process and came in to see if we had any concerns. We were able to get copies of the photos. Then someone came out and looked over the roof and asked how we felt about the process and outcome. Victorâ s was very thorough and professional. "The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom.
