"it took these guys less than 4 hours to rip off 2 layers, replace a bunch of plywood and cut in a ridge vent along with adding some other vents across the back and slap on the new shingles. "Cory was on time, professional, and more importantly incredibly thorough during my new home inspection. He did a great job of explaining what he found in each room. He also did a wonderful job explaining what things were small fixes and what items should be done immediately due to safety reasons or things that should be done to prevent further maintenance issues in the future. I received his report within 24 hours and it was incredibly easy to read. It also helped during negotiations with the seller since we could be so specific on what was found. "The man that came out was very knowledgeable, polite. Not pushy. He explained the quote and that there is a rebate on savings on electricity. I don't have much to compare the price to. He was stuck somewhere and was a little late. He was finishing his job and if I was the other customer who was completing the job and doing it right, I would appreciate the fact that he didn't leave and say he would come back. He took care of that customer. The owner came out to complete the service."
