They take on only one basement at a time. They won't start another basement until you are pleased with yours .2015
"Sonny did an AMAZING job with our space! We started with a bare, concrete basement, and Sonny worked with us on the floorplan I had designed, making sure it was the best course of action, and most efficient layout before starting. He then brought in his guys to help, and they went to work. Framing, electric, plumbing, drywall install, mud & tape were all done by Sonny and his crew. We finished out the paint, doors, trim work, and flooring ourselves, as our budget didn't allow to have Sonny finish it, (thanks, COVID-19!) We had special requests that we threw at him during the project, and he was always willing to make sure that we were happy with the end result. Anyway, we are thrilled to have so much more usable space in our home now! In fact, we no longer even call it a basement. Now it's just our lower-level! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sonny and team if we ever are in another position to finish a basement. You shouldn't either. One word of advice if you do hire him: Have all of your ducks in a row and decisions made if you can. When you hear that they work FAST, it's no joke. If you're not sure about where you want those can lights, or should I have vent here, etc....then you'd better figure it out quick, because you'll come down and check progress at the end of the day, and BAM! Whoa!....all of the electrical is done already, or all the plumbing is in. FAST. These guys only do one house at a time, so they work more efficiently than you might be used to with typical contractors. I wish all house related service companies were more like MusclesForHire."

I explained my expectations and what was a “must have.” The must have was guttering on the outside of the cover with gutter guards. We went outside so he could measure and determine what had to be done. He went over the product as well as the process. He was very thorough and I only had a couple of questions because he had already covered my main questions. We signed a contract the same day. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Home Products if you are interested in a patio cover."
