From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He uses a cost effective breakdown to show you along with additional photos. Timelines were very fast. We were scheduled for a Monday from a Friday, which ended up being that Friday at 5pm. Materials showed up by another employee around 2pm-3pm. Workers showed up and began work and finished within two hours on a two story home. Overall highly impressed with all the different entities of the business and process."
