"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. "John Adams was coureous, professional, and did an excellent job.  He was able to succefully get stains out of hard surfaces such as concrete as well as more fragile areas around doors and windows.
I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time.
We were pleased with the results.  Excellent!  I will certainly plan to use his services in the future.
