He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. I got a quote for the project in a timely manner and it was very reasonable price.I hired Murphy construction to repair my roof and the ceiling caused by water damage. They did it all repaired the roof around the dormers where the leak was and also repaired the ceiling that was halfway on the floor. they cleaned up the area everyday and they were finished the project in about two and a half days. Then I asked him to do our pine straw. He’s a hard worker, showed up when he said he would and gave us a fair price.
