Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "We originally planned on power washing this summer and then staining/painting next summer, but Tommy showed us that our house was in need of more than power washing. So, we decided to follow his professional advice and stain/paint and repair the railings. The crew arrived early in the day working until the end of the day unless there was bad weather. The crew made an attempt to remain invisible to my family and our house guests while they worked which was not easy, but they were great.  They were friendly, professional, detail oriented and cleaned up after themselves everyday!!! The were proud of their work and showed that by the attention to detail they showed. Tommy was on site doing some of the work on days he was available.   <br /> I am planning on getting on a maintenance plan with Johnson Home Construction to keep up with the work, be more proactive vs. reactive.
