They accomplished what needed to be done quickly. They snaked the pipes first from an access in the basement, which did not work; then looked with a camera. Found one blockage; dug down 5 feet outside the house; installed some pvc pipes there to replace old concrete, and installed a clean-out there above ground so the basement would not flood again; then from there flushed the sewer with a power washer which released the flow, but it's expected to be happening again. I appreciated their professional service, and although it was expensive, I know they tried their best to do a good job and save me money as best they could."
