"They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. Based on my measurements and a requested photo, was given an estimate the same day. We were scheduled, about 10 days out, dependent upon weather. We had recently installed synthetic Turf in our south facing back yard, which has an approximate 8x5 picture window. Turf company strongly recommended installing a non-reflective window film on the window to prevent melting of the turf in summer. Enhanced installed their "Turf protect" film. They let me know there were some drawbacks to the film, and even sent pictures of what they were talking about. An added benefit was the fact the film, installed on the outside of the window, also blocks 99% of uv rays, adding protection for fabrics inside the houe. (We usually kept shades drawn because of this.) The film is silver in appearance and perforated in a square pattern, which when looking out the window, resembles looking through window screens. Later in the day, the film, due to then sun's angle, really obscures the view out the window for about an hour. The installer arrived on time and wanted to make sure I had been informed about the film and what to expect. Installation took about an hour, our installer went over film care and curing time. Great experience all the way around, not cheap, (about $500) but their great customer service helped take some of the sting out of that. Added bonus is that it's nice to finally have the shades open in our family room and we won't need to worry about the new Turf melting."
