"Great. Todd came out and checked again just last week. All clean. Spiders gone. This is google review from 2 months ago: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Just moved to Mukilteo, Wash. We had Todd come out to do an inspection and give pricing, and then if decent, would deal with any issues. Prices were MORE than reasonable. He saw rat issues in the crawl space, that were old, but, he set traps and did spiders so that my wife would be happy (happy wife/happy life or so I am told every AM). Todd was professional, knew his stuff, and showed me things that I was not aware of (above and beyond the pest issues). Interesting guy to talk with. In addition, this company does NOT require that you sign a multi-year contract. In fact, no contract. We can quit anytime that we want, which the only way that we will quit is if moving again. We have never used any other service before. They were all so shady. Services: Rodent extermination, Home inspection, Spider extermination, General pest inspection"

"They came in and set up kid/dog-proof traps all around the property and built a crawl space door under our deck. After a month or two the rat issue was under control and we've only seen one or two since (which were taken care of). They come monthly to check on everything for us. He came out right away, reviewed the situation carefully, established a course of action and has come out twice to re-bait and make necessary modifications to the home to discourage further rodent intrusions. Previous pest company did not even bother to come out and inspect before indicating they wouldn't be coming. I highly recommend Brendan, he is prompt, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, the price was a bit higher than I expected, but then again, he's certainly provided extremely good service. I am very happy with the peace of mind his services have given me about my home."

"After using various pest control companies over the years, my wife and I have now had the pleasure and opportunity to do business with Scott and his ultra-professional staff at Green City Pest Control (GCPC). Formerly we had contracted another company to treat for a one off issue; ants outside the home. Now with GCPC’s annual plan, we receive whole home service from the crawl to the attic, as well as the outside. All of this for about the same cost as we had with the other company only treating for the ants. However, it is not just about the cost, as the service is the best we have ever had with any company by far. Scott sent us his tech David who went over the house top to bottom with us present and took the time to explain what he was looking for and how we could mitigate any potential issues he found. He did find a couple minor issues which he recommends we have repaired, and provided estimates for them, but was not a ‘pushy’ sales person. "They work by area.  They have offices in each area.  If it's a first time customer they do give you a discount of like $50 if you have the little catalog, which we did.  It depends on what kind of service you are going to do.  I had to research it out and kind of tell him what I needed.  Each pest control company has a range of services of course. Bigger things that they want to get rid of or we had ants, we actually researched it ourselves to see kind of eliminate that it wasn't termites.  That's something that's harder to get rid of and we would have wanted immediate attention if that was the case.  We kind of researched that ourselves.  They confirmed what it was.  Compared to some of the other ones that we researched they were a better price for what they did.  We were happy with how he handled it and very professional and quick to do the job he needed to do. Personable to where there was something else, I had bees on a shed and I pretty much told them okay so it was a part of the service that you can do and so I guess if you work with them and since I didn't have an overly big house, each case would probably be different he was able to include that in the first time service that he did for us.  I was happy with that because he took care of something else too.  And then they actually come back and do a follow up to check to see, what they haven't done yet, which will be in a month to see if anything has come back, and there is no charge for that.  Then there is a program if you sign up to it however often you want to do it.  Like I say each one is kind of tailored to the customer.  So if your needs are minimal than you can just pay that minimal fee if you need additional help or ongoing help than they will do that.  If you do your homework than people will be happy with what they receive because they are not going to get overkill or it will be handled with what they need.  So it's the first time we ever had to deal with a pest control that's why I wanted to make sure we had a good experience too.  It was a good company and we would have them back."
