"Brian was on time and super knowledgeable for dealing with my tankless hot water heater. He got right to work and dealt with the problem and helped me establish a paper trail with the manufacture in case of any future warranty concerns."

"Knowledgeable and fast! Had access to the heat pump technology I wanted to install while replacing defunct water heater. Prompt and efficient. Super satisfied!"

"Dominick was on time explained what he was going to repair did a great job explained and wrote up estimate for replacing a new water heater fast service, polite technician explained my options for new water heater to be replaced in Jan great guy will hire him in Jan to replace the hot water heater"

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Gray service. Replaced our water heater. Looks great, very professional."

"Work was done quickly and professionally. Were very careful to collect and/or cleanup any water drips. Had to cut wall board in laundry room to repair hose bib. Removed as small a piece as possible and replaced when finished."

"Great experience. They came out and fixed the water heater. Easy to do business with"

"We had Mike Morris (plumber) and Brandon Arellano (apprentice) out to replace our tankless water heater and fix our condensation tubes and connect them to the exterior. They did a tremendous job of explaining the work, keeping the work place tidy, and completing the job on time. I am so grateful for a job well done and will definitely call South West again for our future needs"

"From the staff I spoke with over the phone to the technician that came, the experience was excellent and trusting. I had a difficult time trying to find the right company that was familiar with my water heater model, I was reassured that Washington Water Heaters had several technicians that knew my water heater model. I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! Thanks."
