We are a small family owned business that has been operating in Worcester County for almost 11 years now. We do most of our work in Ocean City, West Ocean City, Ocean Pines and Berlin. In the off season, we will take on some jobs in the Fenwick Island to Bethany Beach areas. We are honest, reliable and promise to return all calls no matter how busy we are. If we can't get to your job, we will let you know up front. We have a long list of referrals and keep digital pictures of each of the projects we have completed. During each project, we keep our customers up to date on the progress with daily emails and pictures. We have earned the trust of over 98% of our customers and they have asked us to hold on to a set of keys for their unit. With 75% of our property owners being from out of town, we can be there for them in times of an emergency or bad weather such as hurricanes and nor'easters. Before, during and after a storm we can monitor the condition of their properties and keep them posted. We have become very efficient in solving water damage problems over the years. We specialize in the treatment and prevention of mold due to water intrusion. As far as subcontracting, we try to stay away from it as much as we can. The only thing we sub out is electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing. We only deal with highly professional licensed companies that have been working in our area for over 10 years. We love referrals, but we love it more when a new customer gets to talk with an existing customer.
