The pipiing was installed in a poor location for gravity-feed and the builder had failed to add the pump itself.On one end of the house hot water would need to run for several minutes for it to reach the faucets.Keep Smiling corrected the piping design and installed the pump.Now we have hot water through out the house even in the longest runs in seconds!Great experience and will use for all our plumbing needs."

"They did an amazing job we wanted to tankless heater but they could not install it due to previous installation issues. We went with a regular gas heater.
