"Kurt (owner), Seth and Joe did a wonderful job.  When I met Kurt, I knew I was going to hire his team.  They were efficient, professional, clean, and hardworkers.  They enclosed all first floor doorways with plastic, covered the floors so what they did remove via the first floor/front door did not infect or dirty the rest of the home.  Kurt explained what he was going to do, why he felt what he recommended was the right course of action and then proceeded to follow through.  Kurt has followed up with me to make sure that I am satisfied and has made other recommendations.  I would not hesitate to use this business in the future.  His office  is very efficient  and professional in working with the customer.

"This whole thing actually started about 3 weeks or so ago when I started getting a double image on my TV. I searched the list and found Eddie Watkins. The great thing is that he doesn't live far from me. I called him up and he was completely honest about my options, stating that it wasn't about the money, he just wants his customers to be happy. His honesty was quite frankly refreshing. He gave me time to decide what I wanted to do and assured me he would assist me whatever my decision. I decided to purchase another TV. He worked with my schedule and came to my house to mount my new TV to the wall. He ran into trouble with the bracket and screw size. He quickly went out to his van and took his time to make sure he found the right screws and tools. He made it happen with my existing bracket, thereby saving me money. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. I would recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath in a heartbeat. You can’t go wrong."

"Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage

HOUSE STARTED TO COOL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY,

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESIONAL HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EVERY SINGLE THING THAT HE CHECKED AND SHOWED ME THE DEFFECTIVE PARTS, I COULD SEE THE CAPASITOR ALL INFLATED READY TO EXPLODE AND THE CONTACTOR WITH BLACK BURN SPOTS, TO ME THAT HE DID A GREAT JOB AND HE WAS VERY HONEST EXPLAINING ALL WHAT HE FOUND.

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
