"It went perfectly. The wind storm took place on March 1-2; I emailed Lewis MacKay on March 2, got a reply within an hour, and he stopped by my home the following day to look at the damage. Rather than repair the specific area where the shingles had come off, I decided to replace half the roof. The job was scheduled for and completed on March 8. The roofer left no debris and the roof looks great. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. MacKay, who was informative, courteous, and professional. "I had water damage in the floor and wanted to install a shower. Eugene's crew replaced the bad flooring, installed a new shower and vanity. They were able to reuse alot of what was there - sink top, toilet and linen cabinet. Fresh paint and trim - I'm very happy with the new look. "I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."
