"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Mr Conti called back promptly and came out a day or two after my initial phone call regarding a gas line valve that I wanted to change. The gas line ultimately didn't need to be serviced but he looked at the garage disposal which had burnt out bearings and was rusted. He ordered the high end disposal that we chose and came back and installed the disposal, removed the old one and did some additional toilet repairs that we needed. Mr. Conti is very cordial and professional and works quickly and efficiently. He also is knowledgable and gives good advice about possible economical solutions to plumbing problems. His charges are reasonable and fair. We plan on using his services in the future and highly recommend him. <br />"

They had to work around existing duct work, took great care removing and replacing drywall as necessary for access, and were at all times very conscientious about doing as little harm as possible to the ceiling and walls.
