Roto-rooter was able to come for same-day service and was very professional and careful to minimize mess, using tarps and avoiding rugs. They had to remove the toilet from the main bathroom to snake out from the house using a 100' snake. They then replaced the toilet and cleaned up their gear. <br /> They also provided good customer service by explaining what was going on, how much it would cost and what I was paying for. I found them to be friendly, fast, and courteous. In addition to the service they recommended some products for preventative maintenance, but weren't pushy about it (which I appreciated). <br />"

"We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. We will continue to use this company and recommend them to those we know in Hendricks County. <br />"

"There are not enough stars to rate Hudson Plumbing. Every time a plumber is called by a customer, it is viewed by the customer as an emergency. That, is also the view of Hudson Plumbing. Our issue was a 99% clog from the house to the sewer, backing up into our basement...on Easter Sunday. I called, they answered! AND they came out to try and open the line. Luck was not on my side this time. It couldn't be cleared and would need to be dug up and replaced. Chad, who also ran the work crew, took some photos and said he would have someone call the next morning to discuss the project. I got that call the next morning, discussed the project and got the ball rolling. They were able to move other projects around to start and finish my project the next day. Chad was back out with his crew the next morning. Chad ran his crew like a well oiled machine, completing the entire project in 3 hours! They worked with a sense of urgency without rushing. They ensured that each step in the process was done correctly before moving on the the next. Chad answered every question I had, explaining what was happening, how it was going to happen and WHY it needed to be done. This man knows his craft! Hudson Plumbing viewed my emergency as their emergency and made my house whole. Throughout the entire experience I was treated as family and not just a customer. Knowledge - 5 stars. "Laura was amazing on the phone and made every effort to help me schedule an appointment even though they were super booked. I had already called 5 different local plumbers but none of them were able to book an appointment prior to the holidays. My kitchen sink was overflowing and leaking water and I couldn't wait. Laura called me after playing with the schedule and said that someone could be out within the hour. In about an hour a super polite gentleman (I didn't catch his name) arrived and worked for about 30 minutes to fix the clog in the drain and patch up some of the other leaks. He was efficient and polite. He even offered to put all the items (cleaning products, etc.) back under the sink when he was done working. He was also super friendly to my dog, which scored him big points."

They provided me with a quote on a Wednesday, I paid Friday, they completed the job the following Tuesday. Could not be happier."

"They were very professional. They had great subcontractors doing the work and they went above and beyond what we expected (I've heard horror stories about subcontractors). The reason for the 'B' grade is the communication at Moore is not great. There were things that the subcontractors told us that a rep from Moore should have. The flooring manager was the only person who really communicated with us on a regular basis. As I stated the work was outstanding but if I do use them again, I would have to make sure that everything going on with the job."
