"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"Had multiple leaks from the ice and snow on my roof ice dams that needed to be removed. I saw the great reviews on this company and reached out, They came out and did a free inspection and quote, did the job fast. "We hired Peter and his crew to tear down an existing porch and to rebuild a new porch with roof and twenty feet of decking. The demolition and disposal were completed in one day and construction began the following morning. The workmanship and professionalism were obvious from day one. From a fairly priced estimate to finish and clean up, Peter was always available with answers to questions along with knowledgeable suggestions when asked. Not only is Peter obviously on top of his profession but also just a real nice guy. I would absolutely recommend Ocean Break Construction to anyone in need of professional work, fairly priced and to be competed in a timely manner, I have every intention of utilizing their services again in the near future."

"They helped arrange financing for replacing the original shingle roof. However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."
