"I purchased a big deal for interior design work.  I submitted photos of room, measurements, and information about the room.  They then requested a drawing on graph paper of the room with "detailed dimensions", and the process just became too difficult.  I would not recommend having interior design work done by someone who cannot come into the home and see the space.  This may work for some people but just did not work for us.  I requested and received a refund for purchase.

It then took 11 days to get a one line estimate. A month after the estimate visit Jason called to say he had a date. By that time I had found other contractors to do the work."
