They came in late morning and were finished within an hour. They explained everything they were doing and showed me how the brine from back flushing my water conditioner was adversely affecting my system. They showed me how the filter had become clogged. They recommended a solution that I could do myself, although they offered to provide a quote if I want them to do the work. However, they did not pressure me and just advised me to get the work done before permanently damaging the system. I was very satisfifed with the service and the price appeared comparable with other prices posted on-line by others. <br />"
