"Robert was very responsive to my request for a water heater replacement. His pricing was competitive, and his crew was prompt and professional. The work was complete less than 24 hours after first contact. I recommend Robert Johnson Plumbing and plan to be a repeat customer, myself"

"I purchased a heat pump electric water heater to take advantage of a generous rebate from Efficiency Maine. When looking for someone to install it I was referred to Jophil by a real estate company that I know. I called and was given a time that Kyle would arrive to give an estimate and perform the installation (if the estimate was accepted). I did accept the estimate and Kyle got right to work. He did a nice job and made sure that everything was in good working order before he left. I was very pleased with my first experience with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future."

"Keith did a great job. Very professional, right on time, got the job done fast and done right at a very competitive price. Took the time after installation to show me the job and explain the features of the water heater, and also gave me information on how to properly maintain the unit and other services he offers. I would strongly recommend anyone consider Keith's services."

"Professional, friendly. Did the job and showed photos of the resulting flushed out debris from our on-demand water heater."

"Tyler & his team were very professional and thorough with repairing my tankless water heater. Tyler was quick to respond to my call for a repair service call and took the care to be as neat as possible during the repair and cleaned up nicely when the service was completed. TOP NOTCH !!!"

"Our furnace broke during one very cold night during January 2014.  They tried their best to diagnose the issue over the phone, but came to look once it was clear that it was not a small issue.  They diagnosed the problem quickly, but we had to wait about four days while a part arrived.  They kept us informed, and also kept us warm with space heaters (that worked surprisingly well).
When the water overflow tank was daignosed as broken, again they were very responsive and good about keeping us informed about when they could fix it.
I don't really know if the price they charged was good or not - we really did not take the time to shop around."

"It went well.  They responded quickly, and the repair was done.  The tech was friendly, honest, and professional.  He did his best to bleed the system after repairing it, but unfortunately with it sitting idle, ice had formed in other parts of the piping which would have cost too much to attempt to melt, so he didn't charge us for the bleed attempt.  The cost of the repair was a little high, but not extraordinary, so I am happy with the service I received and would use DiPietro again if the need arrises.

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
