We purchased all items ourselves (tile, grout, fixtures, counter top, cabinets, etc) and John was able to give us the measurements and quantities for each without batting an eye. "This job went really well! I can't say enough about how responsive and professional he was. We met in the Fall to discuss and plan the job, then kicked it off in the Spring when the unit was empty. The job took ~3 calendar months, and Jeff handled everything - the permits, demolition, coordinating materials orders and subcontractors, finishing, inspections, etc. He had recommendations for plumbing and cabinet suppliers that I worked with to choose the fixtures, and that made it even easier. As someone new to this type of project I didn't come in understanding timelines or sequencing, and he was very willing to answer questions.
