Ken did a terrific job of walking us through different ideas and costs. He drew up plans, showed them to us, made some revisions per our input. He came in with a price that was very fair, so we hired him. He and his crew were very professional. They were punctual and hard working. They completed the job in about 3 weeks. They cut broken concrete to form a patio and walkway. They used a combination of small cobblestones and two walkways of decomposed granite for the parkway.  They also installed a complete drip irrigation system for the drought tolerant plants that they installed. Ken was there everyday. The end results far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Ken Bragar to anyone looking for the best in landscape design and installation. <br />"

"It was a struggle in the beginning.  The company wanted to charge more when they showed up to do the work.  They said they wanted to charge for fence post holes, something they said was not included in the contract.  We wanted to know why not? This greatly changed the price of the job. The contract had already been signed by our neighbor and me and prepaid (we worked through Home Depot).  We had long discussions back and forth with the people on their end (regional manager, etc.)  We finally told them not to do the job and we will get more estimates.  After all this, they agreed to do the job at their original estimated price.  After this they did a great job. <br />"
