He then helpfully and competently suggested alternates that I needed and procured them at cost. Despite the change in plans he and his associate finished the job in time with an excellent result, and stuck to his original labor estimate. Being tired, I forgot about the deposit and paid him too much. Guillermo noticed and alerted me to my mistake, and returned the excess payment. "Landscape West was great from the beginning! John came out and gave us a free consultation/estimate. We changed our minds a lot and he always stayed patient with us and adjusted the estimate accordingly. Once we decided to continue with their service, it was very fast and efficient. They started working on our yard a little over a week after we confirmed. They did the entire backyard in 4 days! We changed our minds on a few concepts along the way and they still made sure it was done exactly how we wanted. We got synthetic turf in our yard as we have a dog who runs and plays around the yard so it was the best option for us. She loves it! :) It looks very real, but without all the work! We also had them landscape with plants, trees, and rocks all around the edge of our yard. Additionally, they tore down an old, ugly pergola for us -- and put in a drip system, a flagstone patio, and an additional flagstone path leading to our backyard shed. The experience was great from start to finish and I felt comfortable telling John exactly what I liked and didn't like. He was always extremely responsive to my emails/calls and I got just what I wanted in the end. It was a large amount of work and they did it all in 4 days-- and the quality is wonderful. I FINALLY have my backyard looking the way I wanted!"

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
