He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. "My bathroom was remodeled by Moriah. It is now much more modern and minimalistic than it was before. I have new flooring, sophisticated recessed lighting, LED lighted mirror and a brand-new floating vanity that has a spa look with the wood door and above counter sink. The entire bathroom was painted a pretty blue color including the walls and ceiling. Even the door was re-painted white. I also have a new toilet bowl. I already had an existing shower that had recently been installed. Fantastic job!"
