"Mr. Madsen responded quickly to my request for service and arrived on time. We had just powerwashed the front entry & had 3 people painting in the entry & hallway that he had to pass through when he arrived. He was extremely careful not to track in any wet debris, removed his shoes, & navigated his way through all the ladders and wet paint with ease. He went up into the attic & inspected the attic furnace, resolved the problem, & then tested the furnance to make sure that it was running properly. He gave a description of what he had seen when he inspected the unit, and what action he had taken. The inspection, repair & explanation took approximately 45 minutes. He brought everything with him that he needed & did not need to go back out to his truck once he was inside. He was courteous, efficient and professional."
