He was professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I had a short deadline because we were expecting house guests less than a week later so he not only brought in his team but rolled up his sleeves and painted himself to get the job done. I picked the wrong color, twice, and they all dealt with the additional work of repainting the same areas without blinking twice. I was never made to feel like it was a burden or a problem. The entire team, Jose, Arturo and Sabrina were professional, efficient and courteous. My husband, son and I were home the entire time and they worked around us and were pleasant and considerate of our space and schedule. The quality of the work was outstanding and meticulous. I have used this company for several different projects over the last 2 yrars, ranging from $1500-$10,000. Maybe not the cheapest, but they had to replace and repair what lower cost contractors had done to my house. BEAUTIFUL DESIGN. Used the available space without overly narrowing hallway. Javier even went over which sorts of items, files, boxes, etc. That I wanted to store, and made sure to proportion spaces accordingly. Incredibly durable painted / colored surfaces, even with my kids banging step stools into them. HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house. "Mr.Somerville, through the 3 month complete demo-to-reno of a mobile home, always informed us by text and cell of progress & materials selections. Joe provided an estimate & broke the cost of labor and materials into 3 payments. When we agreed to an addendum, the work increased the value of the project. We have to express our satisfaction with the remodel of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even new skirting around the bottom. His shower and tub tile work looks gorgeous. Kitchen cabinets and counters were beautifully installed. Initially, I called Somerville because his Deltona location made more sense than hiring someone who had to drive from Orlando. We are beyond satisfied with this large scale remodel."

Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

"When 3 other companies looked at my AC unit they told me it needs to be replaced. The cost of repairing it would be just about the same because my unit uses R22 freon AC tech's refer to it as liquid gold. Mike came out and said it's getting close to needing replacement but not today with a simple fix. I asked about the R22 cost and he explained it to me that some companies just take advantage of it to sell you a new system. Mike repaired my AC for $3000.00 dollars less then my other lowest quote. Why use Mike Harper AC: Mike is not an hourly employee he is the owner he does the inspection and the work. When he doesn't do the work he goes around and checks what his employees did to make sure what they did meets his standards. In my opinion finding Mike Harper AC was like finding a needle in a hay stack."

"Reade and RCF did a nice job. Their price was fair. Does not appear to be anything that he could not do. Very honest. They did much of the work when I was not home. While I was initially uncomfortable with having a team of strangers in my house when I was not there, they proved they are absolutely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to hire them again. PS - A crack developed in the new ceiling shortly after it was completed. Reade came back out, pronto, and took care of the repair."
