"I've had Glenn of GA Electric to my house multiple times over the years -- I keep calling him back because he's efficient, friendly, and I learn something from him each time. When we first moved in he did basics for us such as GFCI install, adding new receptacles, and fixing a poorly done junction box. Subsequent visits he added a light to a ceiling fan and hooked up new radiant heat in a bathroom. PP&L wouldn't connect me with a real person and ultimately told me it'd be 3 days to check on the problem. It was 19 degrees, and I had no power. Frank also helped guide our decision on some of the work and was very honest about what would and would not work in our bedrooms—even if it generated less revenue for him.
