"Bill and his team handled multiple fixes for our household (I was only allowed to select one option here). First, Bill was very responsive and able to come out to see what I wanted fixed at my first availability. Overall the team was here for just over 2 weeks, fixed every issue we had, and our experience was extremely positive. Bill was also able to recommend a local lumber store (Tinsman Brothers) where my dad and I purchased some lumber for an additional job we wanted to tackle ourselves. My wife and I are already planning to hire Bill and his team next year to install a steel roof on our porch overhang to match our shed, replace our basement carpet with vinyl flooring, and update our kitchen.
