"TERRIBLE paint job not only for our house, but for the 2 referrals we gave them! Refused to open the windows they painted shut for over a year and in that year the paint started to peel off the house. Only the threat to report them to the Better Business Bureau got someone to come out. They came to fix it, did not bring a ladder to open the windows upstairs and expected us to provide the paint. In the end they got paint, but just painted over the spots that the paint is peeling. Surprise- It is still peeling! The entire house needs to be re-painted, but we are not letting them touch it again! Al is totally indifferent to repeated complaints-pretty sure he gets them all the time and is ok with just ignoring them. To their credit, we received a very small refund after 18 months of friendly reminders, nagging and finally threats of reporting them."
