"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."

"all but the kitchen sink done well ! well the plumber told me I needed to replace my faucet on the kitchen sink, he would get me a quote.i called the boss said he look into it , than I called and said hey the whole countertop needed to be replaced , so he said they could replace some inner pARTs i think washers. i replied but your plumber said it was rusted , washers could have been replaced when hector who was excellent was here. well 2 weeks later and now he says replace the counter top. in simple terms he left me feeling he didn't care."

Jose answered the phone. He said someone would be there in about 1hr. Erik arrived in about 1/2 hr, looked and quoted me a price and I agreed, said he would come next day.  Erik arrived at 11am the next day. Expected to take about 1 and 1/2 hrs but didn't finish till about 3:20pm because of problems taking pipes off and the faucet wouldn't come loose, had to finally cut it loose, then still had to go on roof to try and clean drain.  Still charged me the price quoted and a little extra for the pvc he used and gave me metal turn off valves under sink.

Erik and Jose were friendly and courteous. They did what they said they would do for the quoted price.I would recommend them.
